Idag har Elsa varit här, hämtade henne från förskolan. Daisy blir alltid så glad när hennes kusiner kommer. Imorgon är det Alicias tur att vara här. Deras pappa (Daisys morbror) är på älgjakt, de får vara här så det blir nån kortare dag på förskola och fritids.
Elsa has been here today, picked her up from nursery. Daisy is always so happy to see her cousins. It's Alicia's turn tomorrow at be here. Their Dad (Daisy's uncle) is away moose hunting so they get to come here so they have shorter days at nursery and after-school.
10 månader / 10 months
Daisy blir 10 månader idag ! Hon har blivit en riktig vilde med hemskt humör. Men hon är samtidigt världens sötaste och goaste unge. Hon har börjat ge pussar, till och med Wille fick ett par stycken idag.
Daisy is 10 months old today! She is a real tearaway with quite a temper. But at the same time she is the world's cutest and cuddly kid. She has started giving kisses even Wille (the dog) got a few kisses today.

Daisy äter skräp! Allt som hon ser plockar hon upp och äter, det kan vara vad som helst.
Daisy eats rubbish! She picks up eveything in her path and eats it, some favourites are torn up bits of paper, old bits of food dropped from last meal time, dust, yeah just about anything.

Vi var på BVC med Daisy i onsdags, hon väger nu 9,8 kilo och är 75.5 cm lång.
We were to the hospital on wednesday, Daisy weighs 9.8kg (1stone 8lbs) and is 75.5cm tall.

Igår hade Daisy på sig kläder som kommer från Magnus med familj. Stövlarna är kusinernas.

Daisy har börjat försöka gå efter möblerna men det är lite svårt, hon har inte riktigt kontroll på fötterna än. Nu har hon också lärt sig att ta sig ner från stående. Daisys favoritsysslor är att stå upp, riva pappper, läsa böcker och peka på allt och säga där. Hon kan också vinka.

Hur ska jag komma ner? / How am I going to get down?
Daisy har blivit jätte bra på att ställa sig upp, hon gör det hela tiden. Det enda problemet är att komma ner, det är lite svårare. Oftast så står hon tills hon inte orkar med och börjar gnälla, då måste vi hjälpa henne ner.
Daisy has gotten really good at standing up, she does it all the time. The only problem is getting back down again. Most of the time she stands there until she's had enough and starts crying for us to help her back down.

Daisy försöker komma åt sina fiskar som mommo kom med idag. Moffa fångade tre igår i älven åt Daisy. Daisy tyckte vi kunde ge en åt Lena för hon är så snäll som tvättar Daisys kläder.
Daisy is trying to reach the fish that mommo came with today. Moffa caught three for Daisy yesterday (daddy had a sore tummy and couldn't go:( ) Daisy decided that we could give one to auntie Lena because she is so nice for washing her clothes.
Watching Blackrace
Daddy took Daisy to see blackrace today which is a dragrace that members of public can take part in, everything from american muscle to pickup trucks to volvos with roof boxes! Daisy wasnt too bothered about the cars, she was more interested by a flag fluttering in the distance and screaming at spectators. Daisy's latest trick is screaming really loudly at people in public places.

Matdax / Dinner time
Igår åt Daisy fisk (fångad av daddy), potatis, ärtor och majs till middag. Hon åt själv med lite lite hjälp.
Daisy ate fish (caught by daddy!) with potatoes, peas and sweetcorn for dinner yesterday. She ate by herself with just a little help.

Tröjan har hon fått av gammelmormor, byxorna av daddys morbror med familj och sockarna av mammas kusin.
Daisy's top is from gammelmormor (great gran), jeans from Daddy's uncle Dave and family and the socks are from mammas cousin.
Daisys första ord/ Daisy's first words
Daisy har sagt sina första ord. Förra veckan sa hon mamma för första gången och idag sa hon da da (daddy). Hon har alltid låtit mycket men nu börjar man kunna höra ord, hon säger oxå Daisy och e där. Det hon säger mest är dock mamma, hela tiden känns det som. Hon är i en ganska mammig period just nu.
Idag har daddy börjat jobba igen, så nu är det Daisys och mammas tur att vara tillsammans om dagarna. Men bara i 7 veckor för sen så ska daddy vara hemma i 3 månader med Daisy.
Daisy has spoken her first words. She said mamma last week and today she said da da (daddy). She's always been talkative but we are now starting to recognise words, she can also say Daisy and e där ('what's that') However she says mamma the most, what feels like all of the time. She is in a 'mummy' period right now.
Daddy started back at work today, so mamma and Daisy are at home together again. But for only for another 7 weeks then Daddy is going to be at home for 3 months.

...11pm last night. Daisy didn't want to sleep alone in the bedroom, so she slept on the couch beside us instead.
Nya grejer...
Daisy fick lite nya grejer när vi var till Haparanda. Det är så mycket roligare att handla åt henne, än att handla åt sig själv.
Mamma and Daddy got some new stuff for Daisy when they went to Happaranda (Ikea). It's lots more fun shopping for Daisy than for ourselves (And we probably felt guilty for leaving her:P).

She didnt seem to bothered that the shoe rack had fallen on top of her, she was more interessted by the new stuff she could now reach.
Mamma and Daddy were apart from Daisy for the first time for a whole day today (been to the pictures once b4), we made the 8hr round trip to the local Ikea, we really missed her , just felt really empty, even though we knew she was having way more fun with mommo and moffa that having to sit in the car for 8 hrs!
Come on, it's time to get up!
We have to be careful nowadays when Daisy wakens up in our bed, otherwise she'll make a dash for the edge and crawl right off!
9 månader/ 9 months
Idag blir Daisy 9 månader. Vi har firat det genom att varit på stan och ätit mjukglass i det fina vädret.
Daisy is 9 months old today, we celebrated by going into town and eating ice cream in the nice weather.

Daisy stood up by herself for the first time today, she pulled herself up on her walker! Time is just flying by, not long now until she is running havoc all over the house!
En stor tjej / A big girl
Det har hänt mycket i Daisys liv de senaste dagarna. Hon har lärt sig att sätta sig upp från liggande, börjat krypa och en ny tand har tittat fram. Vi har också slutat med amningen, nu sover hon så gott som hela nätter i egen säng. Hon är snart ingen bebis nå mer. Samtidigt som det är roligt att det går framåt, så känns det samtidigt lite vemodigt. Tiden går verkligen fort och det händer så mycket så man har svårt att hänga med. Daisy är väldigt nyfiken av sig och tycker om att undersöka, hon är inte blyg och är aldrig tyst. Hon är vårt lilla monster,

She has also finished with breast feeding and she sleeps all through the night in her own bed (most of the time). She'll soon not be a baby anymore. While it's fun that she is developing it is a bit sad at the same time. Time really goes fast and so much is happening it's hard to keep up. Daisy is really curious and likes investigating, she's not shy and is never quiet. She's our little monster.
